Dun Meng identified his car in Exhibit 796 by its license plate, and an enlargement showed the rear window and a bullet hole beside the Mercedes symbol. He said the rear window had not been damaged before April 18 or while he was riding in the front passenger seat; the photograph was admitted without objection.
