Prospective juror questionnaire
The prospective juror questionnaire included questions about prior guilt and punishment opinions, personal effects of the bombings, and death-penalty attitudes. On Day 5, the defense argued that further questioning was needed to uncover relevant bias, while the government maintained that the questionnaire and follow-up were adequate. On Day 23, the court used completed answers as a starting point for individual questioning.
