Scene B specimens and residues

McCollam concluded that Scene B residues were consistent with the deflagration products of a low-explosive, pyrotechnic-type material. He described examining metal fragments, swabs and vacuum samples, but explained that low-explosive residue analysis could not identify a particular brand or manufacturer.
