Sony VAIO laptop data, including Mobilsync backups

Exhibit 1142, admitted on Day 36, contained selected files and derivative material from the Sony VAIO computer, not its complete contents. Kevin Swindon explained that organizational folders were added to the CD and that exported text messages came from Mobilsync backup data on the computer. On cross-examination, he agreed that the exhibit comprised 151 sub-exhibits drawn from roughly half a million files and testified that he verified the selected material but did not choose it.
