David Sacco described surveillance showing two figures walking from the Main Street side along the Koch Institute to a cruiser, then returning by the same route. Clarence Henniger said Officer Collier's cruiser faced Main Street between the Stata and Koch buildings. Separately, Jeffrey Pugliese identified Main Street as the location of Watertown police headquarters, where he heard reports about a carjacked vehicle.
