Joseph Reynolds described turning onto School Street and then Dexter Avenue after receiving a GPS location for a black SUV; Miguel Colon described approaching Laurel Street via School Street, Putnam, Hazel Street and Dexter Avenue. Robert McCarthy recalled going around to what he believed was School Street when police cruisers blocked access during the bomb-squad response.
