Robert McCarthy testified that he was requested at the intersection of Laurel and Dexter Streets because of potentially live devices and a suspect vehicle requiring clearance. Michael Sullivan described stopping on Dexter near Arsenal Street to meet a basic life support crew without reaching the incident location.
