MS. CLARKE: Just for purposes of the record, your Honor, we renew our Rule 29 motion.

THE COURT: Okay. I think to this point I've reserved it. I continue to reserve until the completion of all of the evidence.

MR. WEINREB: We will.

THE COURT: How long do you think that will be?

MR. MELLIN: Twenty minutes or so.
